How does the process work?
You just need is an email id and password to create your account on Refund Seller. In order to initialise your free audit, we’ll need you to authorise Refund Seller as a third party application, and save your Seller ID and a valid MWS Auth Token onto your Refund Seller profile.
Once this process is completed a dedicated team for your account searches for errors, makes claims, and secures Amazon FBA reimbursements for you. All this while you have to do nothing but you have full authority to review your account at any point of time.

Are you compliant with the Terms and Conditions of Amazon?
Yes, we make sure that the auditor follows each and every step meticulously. We manually review and submit the claims; there is no automated interaction with Amazon what so ever.

What timeline do your follow to open a case?
We grant Amazon adequate time for reimbursement before opening a claim. We wait for Amazon to follow its natural reimbursement cycle. We wait at least 45 days before filing any Amazon reimbursement claims and 30 days for lost shipment cases, so that you can receive the credit without the use of our service. Cases do not show up in our platform until they are past due.
